Canteen

Our Wholesome Kids Cafe (school canteen) offers healthy, affordable food options for students and is run by the Blackheath Public School P&C.

The Wholesome Kids Cafe prides itself on its healthy, home made canteen offerings. From sausage rolls, bolognese and napolitana pasta bakes, to sorbets, frappes, and toasties - not to forget the delicious birthday fruit platters - we cater to all tastes and dietary requirements.

We often run specials each week to keep things fresh, and utilise the school vegetable garden and our free range chicken eggs whenever possible!

Canteen opening times

Breakfast club: Everyday 8:30-8:55am. Enjoy complimentary cereals, porridge, toast and warm milk.

Normal Canteen Hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am.

Sushi special: Wednesday (please note the canteen will be closed and will open just for Sushi lunch orders)

Order in person

Drop in to our friendly canteen and order recess and lunch in person. Cash and card payments are accepted.

Order online

Online orders for recess and lunch are accepted through the Blackheath Public School, School Bytes parent portal.
