Stage 3 Stephanie Alexander Cooking

In 2014, the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program was introduced at Blackheath PS.

This year our cooking lessons will be taught to each Stage 2 class in Terms 1, 2 and 3. During these lessons, as much as possible, we will be cooking with vegetables and fruits harvested from our garden. We will, however, need other ingredients for our fantastic recipes and request an amount of $15 per student to cover the cost of all of the lessons.
