The Canteen has had another wonderful term, and we would like to sincerely thank all of our amazing volunteers. From weekly helpers to those who supported our special events, your time and effort have been so appreciated. Next term, we are excited to welcome new families during the Kindy Transition Program on Wednesdays, where the Canteen will provide a light morning tea for friends and families.
On a personal note, I would like to let our community know that I have made the decision to resign from my role in the Canteen, as I move into full-time work within our local community. I am extremely grateful to each and every one of you for making me feel so welcome during my time here. Thank you for embracing changes such as Sushi Day, Pizza Day, Nachos Day, as well as supporting us during the disco and the many other school activities we have enjoyed together.
It has truly been a privilege to work here, and I am thankful for the wonderful connections I have made with the school community, teachers, SLSOs, friends, and of course, the students. Although I am stepping back from my role, I will still be involved as a volunteer and look forward to seeing you all then.
